Below is a view of the Fedex airplanes flying to the hub in Memphis, with inclement weather approaching the airport. The black arrows are the planes. Watch as the planes are diverted to other areas when the heaviest part of the storm is hitting the airport. Each plane is given specific instruction where to divert and where to proceed. You'll even see some of the planes holding steady, waiting for the storm to pass.
Again, turn your speakers down. The music is annoying.
